I've used a few hosts that have promised alot like quick connection times, no down time, great support etc. Not one of them holds up to ISPrime web hosting. These guys are great and their support is second to none. Trust me, I bug the hell out of them on a daily basis and everyone of my e-mails are answered right away(I don't bug them because their service is bad, it's because I'm a moron).
