Is it important what his monhtly profit is?? as soon as you take over the site, you can do your own marketing and double the profit!<br /><br />i find it more interesting how many bookmarks he has and if he has SE traffic etc

Get someone to help you with the merketing koon. I'm sure the webmaster will keep his secrets for himself and you won't gain anything from your purchase. This is what I think, but it's just me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

In response to your questions:<br /><br />1. Bookmarkers are approximately 15% - 20%. (No refers are a little over 5k).<br /><br />2. Search engine traffic is negligible. Maybe about 100-200 hits /day.<br /><br />3. Profits are about $500 a month. So my asking price is about 4-5 months of profit. If you can get cheaper hosting then that would accordingly bring down the ROI time. My hosting costs are $3.80/gig.<br /><br />Already I have received an offer of $2000 USD. Other offers are also being considered.<br /><br />Site will be sold in several days if nothing higher is offered.<br /><br />Thank you.
