I decided to give ccbill a try , i have just signed up for an account, how long time does it usually take before you guys have done all the installation work??

A few hours after i got rid of the VIRUS CCbill sent me (that infected my whole computer) they did what i mailed them for in the first place. Setting up a back up processor for my paysite. The funny part is they deleted Globills protection file (my main processor) while i cleary stated that i already use them and i only want CCbill as a backup. None of my members could login...
Ofcourse Globill replied very quick to my mail (i just love em) and CCbill...Well its been 10 hours now and still no reply. I sent a mail to 2 different addresses. Im sorry to say but i cannot tell anything good about CCbill, they seem to fuck up everything...

Unfortunaly i have heard what you just descriped from other people i have talked to, but i want to give them a chance, I have worked with ibill all the time before but the signups has decreased a lot lately so i want to try them on some new sites, so Kimmy and the rest of CCbill , prove that they have got the wrong impression :-)

Well, if they only would reply a bit faster then i will consider using them. I know what happened was just bad luck but that they never reply their mails has nothing to do with bad luck.

I've already gone over what to email where in another thread on this very board. So instead of bitching maybe you'd like to take my advice?

If i dont like ccbill i wouldnt gonna use them on my site.
You can imagine i also bitch at people who bring me viruses .KimmyKim, im not angry, i just told here to watch out for emails coming from ccbill cause they might be infected. Thats isnt bad right?

hahahaha, well richard, it's actually a really shitty day or two where you spend time packing boxes, loading boxes, unloading boxes and unpacking boxes when it's 105 degrees outside. Then when you're done you do it all again because you are such a pack rat that you can't throw anything away...
