well see you gotta work on it. get some content, make some nice layout...
the main difference between CJ and non CJ site is that a CJ site can get 20K hits in a few days no problem, but with a non script site it would take several weeks or even months... But if you achieve good amount of hits per day, you get more stable traffic flow and also the traffic quality is a bit different. It takes a lot of time to make a non script site, not like CJ stuff.

No no no, i think that's totally NOT true! A non-script site can grow as fast as a script site, witht the same work on it. Only you need a fast server (like a script site), I advise you don't use a Javascript Alert before you reached 10-20k and make a list like: 1. Site XXX, 5k daily, Site 1xxx, 5k daily. You can do like 3 big trades and 2 little ones. Once you know with who you're gonna trade you wait till a good moment on ICQ (When most of them are online) and start trading.
The only difference between script and non-script is you have to add the links with HTML codes or an editor. 'That will maybe add 5 minutes to the job http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Demoman,

I think you are talking about a Circle jerk site that is not using a script... I also think that blackrose was asking about a CONTENT site, like a TGP or something...

I agree with run!

Hi There,

I'm pretty new in this forum, so bare with me for sounding like 'a know it all'

I run a lot of different sites, and it's my experience that a mix of different sites, like a CJ, a Toplist, a content site, some AVS sites and finally some paysites, make a very very good compination.

The cool thing about content sites in my opinion is that if you get commited quaility surfers which will bookmark your site...you also have the advantage of the permanent links on different other sites that then again will help your rankings in the search engines.

To put it in another way, I had a server breakdown for 4 days...My CJ site went from 25K a day to about 4K a day in that period. My content sites didn't change at all....

I'm from Denmark, so I would have to say...JUST MY 2 KRONERS! http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif
