Ugh! I actually got them to send out my payment for August and now this! I get it returned to me! By bank said it bounced. Just wonderful. I mailed Tyler about it. I'll keep you updated.

An update for you guys. Tyler just responded and told me that he's going to wire me the money on Monday. So hopefully everything will work out. He seems very surprised that this happened.

I haven't followed the story minutely, but I'm curious, Tyler is alleged to have taken dialer money for himself and run, but he's answering emails and promising payments..? I'm just curious as to what's happening with legal action.

I think theres a post that says they where useing epoch and they run out of cash becouse epoch is slow to pay. That seems to by why smutcash have had problems and they used cash from the dialer to help pay smutcash so thats why there dialer had problems

Good luck getting anything out of him. You might try complaining to the sites he advertises on. Y'not is aware of his dealings since I logged a formal complaint. He gave them a line of shit though after they pulled his ad, and then they put it back up. It pays to be aware of who is involved in what company. This guy is involved in several different programs.

Hey, I thought I would update you guys on my SmutCash situation. I just wanted to say that Tyler was very nice to me about it and he wire transfered the money to my account. :)
