Hello I'm AdultDetective..I heard many webmasters come here to chat about different topics. Right now we are currently investigating SMUTCASH.com, Who has ripped of webmasters for many thousands of dollars..
We understand years ago ther were working under the Alias or wildcash closed the doors and re-opened to WOWCASH.com and Currently SMUTCASH.com.. If you type in WOWCASH.com you will see how it re-directs...


We now have Proof that they have bounced checks in 23 different states and face Criminal felonies under the District Attourneys office.. We understand many of you here were Users of Vipdialer.com.. We also Know many of the resellers such as this Snow character and Stuart of the Uk has resold quite a bit of business for Tyler of SMUTCASH.com,however very unfortunate for these guys.. I will contact Snow and stu as the investigation proceeds..

I have tried to contact this Tyler Pratt from smutcash with no response..Investigation of Criminal acts on the internet are becoming a norm for these crooked sponsors.. We will not tolerate it.. We work on collections of the amount owed to webmasters..

I will inform you of anymore developments soon to come.. I'm assuming there will be a class action lawsuit against these crooks,I state crooks cause we do have the proof of false business practice..I advise anyone to stay away from there programs and to let everyone know to stay away.. There are better programs out there,and from what i understand the owner of this board does a hell of a job..

Well figuring what the average PI makes per hour i think a real PI could afford a real email address. I also think you need to go back to school of investigations and learn the rules of how the investigation biz works pal.

You have provided 0 credentials to prove you are licensed to do such and hold no authority under any state statue untill you prove such. You have no court order to demand any information from anyone nor have any rights to investigate criminal activity unless duly authorized and only after you have been approved to do so by a judicial official.

Yes you may persue civil liability but they do not have to answer anything you ask them and if you try to intimidate them to do so you have violated their rights.


Learn the laws jack ass before tring to play big shot they have meranda rights you are tring to infringe upon. As i can remember the law says Innocent untill proven guilty not Guilty because guy on internet cant get facts. I dont think what Tyler did was right but what your doing is totally illegal even more so then a bounced check.

Look man i worked for investigative companies for almost 5 years and i know the regulations on investigative activity. So you think Snow is wrong this investigator game is ILLEGAL under all state statues in the US.

To become an investigator you must be qualifed and licensed to do so just like a bounty hunter or bodyguard. Furthermore you must gain permission from each state whos borders you cross upon conducting any investigation and abide by the laws of that state.

So regardless im sure hes only doing this for some kind of personal gain like the last jack ass who was run out of here a while back.

Now you can support him for doing a good job at violating constitutional rights and state laws. Just remember you hire a non licensed investigator and you can be sued as well as him for any violation of civil rights. Not to mention all PI are required and would be bonded and insured to protect their clients.

This dialer shit with **********, snow, Tyler and whoever else is involved is complete and utter bullshit. I don't give a shit if you didn't get paid from Tyler or whoever. Snow you should have more than 100k-200k in your business account just for these incidents. You should pay the webmasters what is owed and go after Tyler yourself. This is how you create credibility and trust amongst your partners. How can anyone operate a business with such little liquid cash is beyond me. 1 hour of Frontpage Design
30 mins of Photoshop Image Creation
$50 for a small amount of images
$50-100 a month for hosting
5-10 mins to upload your site
$30 For a box of checks
2-3 hours a day to spam AWI
10 mins a month to post on AWI why payments are late
30 mins - 1 hour a day to answer emails / issue new dialers

Approx Totals
4-5 hours to setup
95 hours a month approx 3 hrs daily + setup / update time
$180 of Cash if you dont already have hosting and images or it could be even less

So when you look at those figures you can see why so many resellers are popping up and why this business of screwing webmasters will only get worse. Resellers have $200 max to loose while webmasters have thousands to loose to the resellers gain.

Now reconsider those figures on a partner program and you see its much more involved to run a signup program and much more investment is required. Even a decient looking paysite frontend would require more time then an entire dialer reseller site.

As long as you keep using these dialers you only have yourself to blame and you know the risk you take. Anyone can run a dialer reseller program under even the smallest budget as long as he can spam newbees for an hour or two daily. :rolleyes:

Furthermore as dialer resellers continue this trend others will continue to eventually pull the same shit. Why not they could just change identity use sisters name or some shit and play the game all over again its not like they must show photo ID.

Legit and Dialer how can you even use those 2 words in the same paragraph?

Best words to use when refering to dialers are.. Sham, Shaved, Scam, Broke, Late Paments, Updates, FTC, Empty Pockets, Will suck you dry in time, You asked for it, Bankrupt!

Now just think all those wonderful updates and all the time you loose with dialers on every update. I remember all this talk of new routes that would eliminate the need for so many updates ages ago. Guess what it has not happened yet and more and more webmasters have been fucked with dialers in the past few months then from signup programs in the past year.

If you still use dialers dont ask for pity when they shove it in with no lube because you asked for it. Furthermore untill people learn to stop using these fuckin things they will continue to be ripped by their own per min greed.

As i said before "Death To Dialers" its time to get back to makin real money!!
