are there any sposnors that convert more, like 1/100 or something?
can you give me some sposnor tips or galleries that sell very well examples?

First of all sponsor banners don't work anymore without good text links and explanation of the paysite ... 2nd, you need to pick a sponsor that match with your niche ... But teen traffic is very hard to convert so I suggest going in another niche (Right now as what I heard gay, beast, somes fetish and shemales are the best converting one but they are sick) ...
