It took a year to get a fraction of what GTX Entertianment owed us, receiving a check for only $75.00. It was written on an Isreal bank and it bounced.
Interesting is the fact that no original of the check was returned. Instead it was a certified copy with original processing stamps from the bank in Israel stamped on the copy. When asked for the original, our bank stated that in situations where a bank or the authorities have seized funds the original checks are usually retained as evidence. It was suggested this is the situation in this case because the check was stamped non negotiable, not NSF. Needless to say, I do not recommend dealing with this dead beat program.
