irreparably damaged her reputation.

The unauthorized use of the Photographs on the websites that Ccbill provides billing services for must
cease immediately.By providing billing services for these websites, Ccbill isviolating rights of publicity
and privacy, defamation and copyright infringement.Ccbill’s billing services to these sites materially
assists the sites in their misappropriation. Furthermore, Ccbill has the ability to control the infringing
activity, by stopping credit card processing for infringing sites, and Ccbills’ profit from the infringing
activity.In the event of a lawsuit against Ccbill, Ms. Spears may recover the actual damages for
misappropriation of rights of publicity, privacy and defamation, up to $150,000 for each copyright
infringed to photographs she owns or co-owns, as well as all profits from the unlawful uses which are
not taken into account in her actual damages.Ms. Spears may also recover any attorneys’ fees and
costs incurred in a lawsuit.As is evident, liability for violation of these provisions can result in a
substantial judgment against Ccbill.

Additionally, Ms. Spears may obtain a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and
permanent injunction against Ccbill, forbidding you from contributing to the misappropriation of her
name, image and likeness.

All depictions of Britney Spears’ name, image and likeness must be removed from the above websites
immediately, with no further posting of Ms. Spears’ name, image and likeness on any website offering naked
images for which you provide billing services.Any website claiming that they have the right to use Britney
Spears’ name, image or likeness must provide this office with the licenses to do so.

This letter does not constitute a waiver of any rights that Britney Spears has against any person or
entity, including the right to file a lawsuit against Ccbill.Ccbill is now fully aware that it is profiting from the theft
of vast amounts of copyrighted images and is contributing to the defamation of possibly thousands of celebrities,
including Ms. Spears.We reserve the right to notify other celebrities, film companies, and copyright holders of
your misdeeds.

Everyone's getting the letters, we just don't want to be sued over something like this.

And it's not just us they would sue. The site owner gets legal notice just like us.

There are many celebs besides her that generate plenty of interest :)

heh, that's why i've never had any britney links on any of my sites. I talked to the guy who used to run thesmut.com and several toplists, who was sued by alyssa milano, for some user's description on his toplist!
Apparently they settled out of court, and he had to pay out the ass. Alyssa Milano is only half the celeb britney is ATM, *and* alyssa did blue movies in the past.

so watch your asses, folx. when you're doing pepsi commercials, you can afford to hire an army of lawyers to clean the internet of your name and likeness :mad:
