Can someone help me with a php script?

I have this php script.. a top refer.. I know little about php and the directions to this thing suck.. its quite small and the demo looked great! The site has gone offline and I have no way to contact the owner. If you can help me out that would be cool!

Its a free script.. so im willing to share as well. These scripts can cost up to $350...
