Fuck this firewall/ Windows NT: HELP (firewall/NT gurus)

I can't access internet at home anymore for an unknown time.

I can't update my site at this public comp, cuz it has a firewall. How do I disable this firewall, cuz it prevents me from using FTP.

To disable the firewall I'll probably need admin access. How do I get it w/ a comp that has Windows NT on it?

All I can use is WinSCP from http://winscp.vse.cz/ but most (free) hosts don't provide logging in w/ WinSCP.

Just an idea, awkward but could work... Attach your updated files to an email, that you send to your account. Login via SSH/telnet and put the files in your web directory.

Have you tried passive mode FTP?
BTW do you speak czech?

And are you sure that free hosts allow SSH/telnet?

I'm sorry, I missed the fact that you're using a free host. It won't work then, coz no free host offers shell access. :/
