taken from a sponsor's terms & conditions:
"You also acknowledge and agree that You shall not be entitled to a commission or referral fee from Company for any subscription which Company determines is the result of possible fraudulent activity."

does that mean that they have the right to terminate your account as long as they accuse you of possible fraud??

you gotta admit it makes sense. what it does is if they think you're frauding them, they shut you down. otherwise, they'd need to sue to cut off fraudulent webmasters. that's not something the non-fraudulent webmasters should have to pay for (indirectly).

sals.. i thought about it that way and yeah of course it makes sense, but the way its worded here, it almost sounds as if they don't need to show proof of fraudulent behaviour. all they would need to do is 'suspect' it, and we all know how often that happens over here (http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=8)
