I am guessing it would cost you an absolute shit load to get a celeb to give you rights to photos..
That's what I tought Richard, but some webmasters told me that everything have copyrights so...I'm just asking before I get caught http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
If anyone own the copyright for the pictures it is the photographer of the picture.
The celeb can then take the photographer to court for invading privacy and mayby obtain copyright for the pictures.
At least I think http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

I have been in the celeb biz for around 3 years and have not gotten in any trouble at all. As long as you stay away from a few celebs you will be fine unless you are thinking of starting a fake celeb site.

nobody sells licensed celeb content. to legally use adult content, you also need a signed modeling release. i don't think any celeb will sign a release allowing their pics to be used on the adult web ;-)
Yup maybe.
But the chance to get caught isn't big?

The celebs themselves DO NOT have copyright on the pics.. they are considered "Public Figures" so who ever took the picture is the copyright holder. Alot of pictures are relesed as public.. alot of celeb pics that you see are stills from movies.. not sure if those have a copyright or not..
That is what I have read.

every picure taken of anything is protected by copyright for the person taking the picture. any posed picture not only has copyright, but photographer must have a models release in order to use the pics,
a celeb who's pic is taken as they run from car to a club doesn't require a release, but still has copyright
while some may say they have been doing celeb a long time with no trouble, it doesn't mean liklihood doeshn't increase everyday they continue.
