From what you know, in a good pay site, what percent tends to stay after the trial period, just a normal 2.95- 3 day trial.
And what type of deals do you work out so you can offer 35 dollar per sign up affiliates, can you put some money in deposit or something like that.
Thanks

You need to try and get a minimum of 50% retention rate from trial to full if you want to make any money imho -- anything over that is doing well in the current atmosphere.
Niche, gay, fetish, single girl amateur type sites seem to have the best retention (some of those single girl sites keep members forever) when I look at compiled stats.
General hardcore is much harder to retain or convert to full than more specific sites, there is just so much competition out there I guess, and when you add that to the fact that there are only so many feeds and plug-ins to go around the smart surfer knows he can cancel on trial and go do another trial and see the same thing but for the images.
My goal for retention would be an average of 3 months, though that's getting harder to do as I mentioned with the smart surfers.
With a webmaster program that's paying per join on your sites, you need to have enough money banked to pay the max number of joins you think you're going to get a day for 4-6 months while you wait to break even. Otherwise you may want to start with recurring and then just add your productive webmasters into the per join when you get a chance to evaluate who's got good traffic.
We can set up the pay per join payments for you -- HOWEVER -- it's up to you to put up a deposit and to continue to deposit money into your account at least a week ahead of the payout due -- meaning a minimum of two weeks payout to start with -- if you get money to us on time the payouts will go out on time -- if not you'll probably have some angry webmasters http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif
If you want some other ideas (of which I have way too many probably) then drop me an email and I'll be glad to talk to you about some things I think you need to have worked out in a spreadsheet and how you might get more bang for your payout buck http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
