serious replies please<br /><br />hi, i have some paysites, but that has nothing to do with my question<br /><br />a few days ago, i bought some hard to find movies from sinistore.com...that's the store for sin city movies. 10 minutes after putting the order through, i found that excalibur had the same movies for 1/3 the cost i just paid. knowing how dvdempire is realistic about allowing you to change an order, i went back to sinistore.com and followed their instructions of cancelling an order...i email the webmaster within the 3 days it would take for the order to be processed. mind you, this all happened within 30 minutes. <br /><br />i even then called their corporate office and got 2 phone numbers for people to cancel my order with by phone. i left voice mail for them. again, this was all in like less than an hour. i get an email back from their webmaster, the guy i emailed, and he states that my order has been cancelled. that's all he said.<br /><br />my bank now shows online that i have been billed by these fucks. <br /><br />my question is....<br />being an ibill client, i know how customers get their money back in no time if they wish so, going through their bank. i'm told they say something maybe to the effect of fraud or they did not authorize the transaction....and, to a point, i didn not authorize it.<br /><br />so, how can i get my money back? it's not the dollar value for me, it's the principle.<br /><br />please help<br />thrill
