raw : unique hits easy script

does anyone know a good script that will allow me to send all raw hits staring today and forever to one url, and then all unique traffic to another site. If I get a hit from an ip address today that I have ever received a hit from, even if it was 3 months ago, the script would send it to my raw page.

Ever? Damn, that's gonna become one hefty database if you get decent traffic. Not satisfied with just cookies?

ok within 3 month period will be fine.
