think like Jerk-Off Joe.

Put yourself in the punter's shows, he has clicked a link from a TGP describing your site. Pic quality is important, be original in the layout, dont have a 10 by 2 table with a regular sized banner ad in the middle. Make it different.

On the advertising side of things, most people agree to advertise one sponsor, a sponsor which is related to the pics on the page... ie, if you have a page with hot young beauties, then advertise www.hotyoungbeaties.com (http://www.hotyoungbeaties.com) etc.

You want people to whip out their credit card, for something that they cannot get for free surfing the tgps. Be creative.

Here are a few tips:
1)Use creative text links.

2)Make sure your sponsor matches your pics, you will get better results using a fetish sponsor with fetish pics than you would with teen pics.

3)Try different gallery layouts and see which layouts work best.
