W2 Form dumb question

My sponsor is located in europe (i think) .. They dont do taxes over there.. 1. Do I have to do a W2 form? 2. About how aften should I do the form? They said they wont send us a W2 either So well I basically have to log in and do it all by my current stats.

as an affilite you don't write w-2 or since your independent which i am assuming its called a 1099<br /><br />sponsers take care of that,,, if they don't provide you one you must still report your income,,,

consider this: even if your sponsor doesn't report your income to the irs (which european sponsors don't) or send a 1099, your BANK can report your annual deposits. <br /><br />if you have $50,000 in deposits that you aren't claiming, you're gonna have a lot of trouble explaining it away ;-)
