anyone else pissed that they cannot effectively monitor and do their business?

i think that it would be a good idea for everyone to email mr. garrett bender or what ever the pres name is - i would guess that his email address is gbender@ibill.com until they get the message to at least communicate to their customer base - its not ok if they are down - but it is absolute shit when they will not even communicate - talked with 6 reps and got answers of between 12 hours to 3 weeks for the cmi stats to be viewable - so what do we do? throw some darts inbetween those time frames and take a 2 week vacation? ibill - if your watching this - please fucking communicate clearly!

dewd, it's been since november that these ibill problems have been continuous. and they had 2 other periods last year when no sales could be made.

it's nice that they tell us that no sales/rebills are lost, but considering the amount of problems they are having, how would they know?

fuck, you'd think a company that makes millions would hire OUTSIDE PROGRAMMERS after their own programmers have their company fucked up for months at a time, but not ibill!

perhaps they dont care?

perhaps they are doing this as a way to weed out the adult cc chargers from thier system - due to pressure from visa / mc?

perhaps they are really charging more or the regular and reporting less?

perhaps they know they are the kings and will never loose their base - due to everyone putting their eggs in the ibill basket for the last few months

perhaps all the execs from ibill have run off with the teen-lolitas that they made soo much money with - and will never come back and dont give a shit anymore about what they built

I think it is not righteous that I can`t join any ccbill program if I have a few sales daily (at iBill) - I don`t think that my sales are in any way worser than made by the webmaster from USA...
