TGP: Your best advice?

there are a ton of smart TGP webmasters on this board...I think if we spread the knowledge, we could all help each other out.

QUESTION: What is the one piece of advice about running a TGP that you would give a newbie?

I'll start:
1. Buy your own domain name and rent some server space ASAP instead of using free hosting.
