Not exactly sure, but I believe that Visa & MC tightened up their chargebacks policy once again...

We have had 2 catastophic weeks with our processor (ibill) signups are down 25% this month compared to May
My account manager told me that Mastercard has tigthened their allowed chargeback %, but not VISA.
That could be one explanation, another one is that ibill have had server problems all last week :-(( but we are still getting bad signups this week, i run out of explanations..

Its really shitty now

An friend of mine installed a backup processor next to his normal Ibill account.
He got 6 sales extra the first day thanks to the CCbill processor.
I dont use Ibill but i dont hear too good stories about them lately

Mastercard and Visa both dropped the threshholds, MC to 1% and Visa to 2.5%, both on international merch accts.
