Look at this shit! This guy not only stole my site design, but my exact textlink discriptions too?
Is there anything I can really do about this?
Please help me out guys!

contact the webmaster and if he won't take it down, contact his host.

I don't much like people who infringe on my work but if enough of the page is changed then it isn't infringement. (I think it's like 80% and I'm not sure this guy has changed that much or not) There is some info about copyright info here http://www.bendict.com/
Do you own the licence for the thumbs you have on your page?
If so then just contact the people who you licenced them from and they should take care of shutting those guys down.
If not and you are "borrowing" someone else's intelectual property then I think maybe you should redo your site without infringing anyone else's right before you worry about the other bad guys out there.
(Like I said though if you are licenced to use those thumbs then just contact who you licenced them from and let thier lawyers loose on them.)
