Need Programmer for big job.

I would like to make a program where a user will get some sort of credits to cash in on certain accessabilities on my site. I need a program that will manage these credits, remove them when spent, track all transactions, work with a CC processor to give out more credits, etc.

Anyone out there than can do this?

I don't care what language it is in. I just want it to be reliable. Is there any way you could make such a program work with ccbill or ibill?

blind, yes, you could integrate that into CCBill/IBill.

Have a chat to Epoch Systems, they have really got their shit together with their new services - i've no need for a processor at present, but they would be my #1 choice if i did.
