Yah, you can improve by not pushing "lolita" and "school" s**t. Sorry but I found some of your links to be teetering on if not crossing the line. If you're not concerned for yourself, be considered for the industry. Parts of your site has material that would help alot of anti-porn arguments.
Sorry again, this isn't a flame, just an opinion. Layout was good and it loaded quickly.

Now HERE'S a huge argument (especially for us US citizens)! The First Amendment will ABSOLUTELY protect one in the use of the WORDS lolita, schoolgirls, etc.

Vladimir Nabokov, for example, wrote "Lolita", a story about a man that lusts for a 12 year old girl. It's considered a work of literature and fully protected here in the US. Amazon.com sells it on their site.

While I am ABSOLUTELY against child pornographical pictures - whether links with the words lolita cross the line is very debatable. It may be in bad taste, but many people have rape fantasies, fantasies about young boys/girls, etc. If they do not act them out -- should we condemn them for the fantasy? I pose the question but do NOT know the answer.

Individual discretion is to be used.

Similarly, is it OK to have pictures of celebrities on a pornographic circle jerk site? Almost everyone does it .. and I know one might argue for the concept of public figure .. but remember, the images everyone has on their sites are owned by photographers and sold to various media outlets.

I once received a cease and decist from Alyssa Milano's law firm just for having her NAME in my meta-tags on an adult site. Many of us are VERY close to crossing lines of taste, law, and (dare I say?) morality.

Personally, given the choice to chooseon or the other, I would use the word Lolita on a site before i used a stolen picture of Brittany Spears on my website.

Cowboy,

Your argument is a valid one although I was coming more from moral and possible censorship point than 1st amend., but I saw more than just the word lolita, there was ads that I found to be, as I said, "teetering, if not stepping over the line" as far as cp goes. I don't want to mention specific ads, probably not appropriate.
The main reason I will never be one of the big boys is because of my stand on things like this. It was just my opinion, I don't think it is good for the industry. Underage teen stuff pisses the powers that be off more than anything else.
I personally don't do teen sites, celeb stuff or really anything other than consenting adults fucking consenting adults (which is why I'll never be a big fish), I'm not comfortable doing it, but it's not for me to say if the borderline stuff is right or wrong, just would prefer to not have the attention from would- be censors on our trade as a whole. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Colin
rape fantasy sites are as illegal as kiddie porn and beastiality in the USA Not too sure on the legality of that subject matter in other countries, but since I am a US citizen it really don't make a difference to me http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif
You guys also might want to drop by lukeford.com and read an interview with a big shot lawyer who consulted some major porn video companies/distributers as to exactly what content will be more likely to attract the attention of prosecuters. Fisting is on that list, and interracial and gay sex - those subjects don't go over well in courtrooms in the Deep South.
Personally, I am more worried about being brought up on bullshit obcesnity charges in some bumfuck town half way across the country. I can't imagine trying to explain blind link trades to a tight ass jury of my "peers".

AV -- you have some very good points ..

Hi Octane, Is that my man Steve?!

Addressing both of you .. Let me repeat a few things to clear some things up ..

1. Use of the WORDS lolita, school girls, etc ... are fully protected in the US by first amendment. You just used them yourselves in these posts!! http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif. Pictures, even SIMULATED computer images are NOT. There are cases against people for simulated images and the images makers/users were found guilty.

2. On a moral/karma issue (Well, I don't believe in karma myself) - it is DEBATABLE whether the words should be used. I have not posted my own opinion here .. I stand on the fence in actuality - depending on the actual words, more below)

3. I agree .. Obscenity charges could be files at any time for this kind of stuff .. if you're of Nabokov's stature you'll win .. otherwise .. well, there are odds. I repeat "Individual Discretion." On a personal note, I don't use them myself though.

4. As far as rape fantasy, my question was only as regards someone's own fantasies -- NOT material supporting them.

I really WASN'T stating my own opinion on any of them .. but I will now .. I don't have any problem with the word LOLITA being used as a blind link (i.e. Amazon.com has pages with the word lolita on them and sells books with such content!.) I *DO* (absolutely) have a problem with a link that says .. click here to see a naked 12 year old girl.

Always remember, we are porngraphers -- scum of the Earth to most, no matter WHAT images you post .. someone may attempt to close you down on federal obscenity law "standards of local community).

Choose wisely.
