is this an exit console?

here's the scenario... im trying to decide if this is a console or not before i build it:

lets say i have a page where each link opens in a new window. would it be considered an exit console if, when a link is clicked & the new window opens with that link, the main window stays in the background, but opens a new page? in other words the clicked link would always be open on top in a regular size browser, but on clicking, the back window would change pages....

opinions?

well...i´d say it is not an exit but its very similair since you change the page when you "leave" it. i personally don´t like that shit when i click on a link, it popups and the old pages just redirects to candid and co.
kinda gay... isn´t it? well.. i donno what you wanna do with it but the blindlink stuff is gay!
