Looks like all sites hosted with Servint were down for about 3 hours, including mine, but now they all seem to work again.

DAMN I HATE IT WHEN THIS SHIT HAPPENS.

Nahhh . they were doing a complete update of the routing table.

Shouldn't have caused but a few minutes problem at most.

I lost ssh for a little while myself but never lost web connectivity.

Did some sites have greater problems?

I went from 2000 hit at 10am to 450 hits at 12pm 3 hours where it looked as if I was 70% or more down. I personally only couldnt get to my sites for 30 min, but it looked like a whole shit ton couldnt get there for a long time.

Damn that sucks,

I couldn't ssh fora few minutes .. I called them .. they said they were screwing with the routing tables for a few minutes and everything would be cool in a few minutes .. of course .. same thing happened last week http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Hey man,

Now looking carefully at my logs .. I did have quite a slowdown for a little while. At least some of the world was having problems getting through .. everything looks pretty sweet now though http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

it is so rare when Servint has serious down time, I am not about to bitch.

Just wish they'd hurry up and get my new server online - before my current one goes up in smoke LOL

not the first time they're down for a few hours.
a few months ago they were down for a few hours as well, MCI problem or something like that.
I did like the NOC though. no complains about that.

the curve seems nice for me....


they did experience quite a few probs with the routing the last month or two... my partner couldn't access our server for 3 days = no work :\..

I was fine..
