Hi US Minutes On Dialer BUT........

Hi on my dialer my US minute hold times have been great. I am talking 25-30 minutes. but on the down side most other countries are low. like 2-7 minutes. Is thier a reason for this? How could one be so high while the other is so low?? (= Thanks for the advise in advance!

The reason why some countries have a lower hold time than others is to do with telecoms regulation's. England for example has to have Pop up timer showing call costs and a forced disconnect after a certain amount of minutes. Some other European countries require a forced disconnect too after a certain period.

We catagorically do not shave any calls.If we did it would not be more than a few hours before some webmaster made a call only to find it does not appear.

Telcoweb.com found my problem. It was in my htaccess file. They worked with me for like 2 hrs http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif thanks guys!! If you are using one of thier dialers they have a cool program called Minute Minder (stats and then some program!). Asked them about! It is kick ass!
