Go to your Windows\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp\ folder and delete any hta files. :)

Then check C:\ and Windows\ for .hta or .htm(l) files. It is there somewhere.

Hi Dawg
Try this I compliments of jjj's
If your internet tools is disabled then you will need to do this. Go to start menu, then select "run" then type in "regedit" you will need to get to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Restrictions registry key. ...delete the "NoBrowserOptions" value.this will take away the restrictions on your computer. Be SURE you only delete this and nothing else. If you have any questions please email me and I will help.
You should always run the latest version of the browser you are using, Latest Versions are Here

If you are still having problems, you can always contact microsoft Here
