If anybody can get ahold of snow (vipdialer), tell him that the 1-900 number vip dialer is using is not working. It hasn't been working for about 7 hours now, which is why we are currently not racking up any minutes.
It either says the 1-900 number isn't responding, or it says the username/password isn't valid. I've gotten both error messages.
Hopefully somebody here can get ahold of the right person to get this fixed.
