Does anyone knows where I can find a group of webmasters that trade links for the purpose of being ranked higher on search engines? Sort of like the Spider Trap Project.

If there's no such group, maybe we should start one! I was thinking of setting up link pages based on keywords.

The problem I have, is how to make sure no one cheat?
