no...I'm sure it doesn't work.

I submit 1 free site daily to link sites, and I get about 3k for the first week, then it drop to about 100 hits/day for years...

Note that I submit to about 300 link sites...and my sites are teens related sites.

So, I don't think that if you submit a site to about 40 link sites, you will get 1k-3k hits daily...
