A few sites I promote use CCBill, I've just started using them and shouls be getting the check/s next month.

How do they send their checks? Does CCBill send a separate check for each site, or a combined check? Is there a minimum check for each site or minimum total, and how much? Does the check mention the site the check is for?

Also I heard some issues with checks being returned due to improper address printing. Are we supposed to fill in the address on one line?

I checked out that site and found that you can enter bank details.

Whay not have your money wired instead of mail?

I dont see such an option in my profile, and bank transfers usually cost more.

$30 for wire transfers. Mail is free.

If you sign up for each site under the same account (best way), it'll all be combined. If you sign up seperately for each one, you can email them and ask the accounts to be "spliced" together (they call it "spliced" for some reason)

As mentioned: $25

It mentions the account number. The account number could cover several sites, however. There is no way of determining (from the CCBill site) how big the check should be for any given week. I asked them, and that's what they said. Stupid.

You can only enter the address when you first sign up,. After that, you have to email them separately to change address or change mail/wire stuff. I have also seen the rumour, but... AFAIK it's just a rumour.

Thanks for the answers! About the address though, I can change my address any time in my profile, I just can't change the country.

You are correct. I was thinking about the name of the checks / wire. The only way to change the check name is via email.

(sorry)
... and I guess the same goes for the country.

"How do they send their checks? Does CCBill send a separate check for each site, or a combined check?"
--------------------------
We mail checks and send wires every Monday unless it's a US bank holiday as yesterday was. If you wish to get all your accounts combined into one check then you need to email accounting@ccbill.com and list of the accounts you would like combined. HOWEVER, the name, address, pay to etc MUST match on all the accounts that you want combined or it will not be done since they technically aren't the same accounts.

"Is there a minimum check for each site or minimum total, and how much?"
-----------------------
The minimum is $25 per site you send traffic to unless either you or the site owner have asked for something different (very rare for the site owner to btw) and if you have multiple partner accounts each must make the minimum in order for their to be a payout on that site that week. Wire charge is $30 per week if you want a wire instead of a check. My suggestion to anyone using wire is that you have the minimum transfer set up to an amount where it makes financial sense to use wire if you don't do big numbers each week.

"Does the check mention the site the check is for?"
-----------------------
The partner account is listed on the check stub until the line items run out, so it's possible to have so many partner accounts split that you don't see all the PA numbers, in which case I would suggest getting two checks. ADP prints our checks for us and there are physical limitations imposed that we have no control over. With over 80k names on our books check printing is a huge issue http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

"Also I heard some issues with checks being returned due to improper address printing. Are we supposed to fill in the address on one line? "
--------------------------------
More likely improper address given to us by the partner to be honest. Look in your pay to details and see whats there, and clarify with the accounting@ email addy if need be.

"There is no way of determining (from the CCBill site) how big the check should be for any given week. I asked them, and that's what they said. "
----------------------
Stats and accounting are two different systems and two different structures. Technically we are contracted by each of the site owners we process for and in the same way that Maxcash and ARS wouldn't combine stats or checks to pay you, we offer the single check service purely as a courtesy to the partners and do not offer stats for this. We do not plan to integrate stats from multiple sites into any of our systems.

If you have any more questions, please let me know, kim@ccbill.com -- I've been out of the office for the holiday (rare but I finally did it lol) or I'd have caught it sooner
