When somebody is 16? 17? 18? 19? 20? 21?
Who is the moral judge?
The law? God? Me? You?
Just wondering.

He he, funny question. If you do not want to go to jail it's the law. If you want to get paid it's your sponsor. Simple as that.
Trax is in charge of all the child porn on the internet. He makes sure no one has child porn. Watch out for him...He will throw you in jail!!!

dude, some 16 year old girls have just reached puberty. they're not physically mature enough to risk pregnancy, for one thing. it could kill or damage their organs permanantly. so in this case, god is the moral judge, only it's not morality at all.

If you have to question if its child porn then don't use it.

Since you're still a child yourself the legal situation is a little different in your case. Also, god might turn a blind eye on it too. Same goes for trax.

Basschick, let me give you a little lesson in History.
Lets go back 400 years to New France(Quebec) here in Canada.
The average person live to 50 to 55 years old.
Most girls were married at twelve and started having children at 14.
The Canadian population has prospered since then...
Don't give me this bullshit about a 16 year girl of today, who is much bigger physically than her counterpart 400 years ago, is incapable of childbearing.

Capps, let me give you a little lesson in History. ;)
Lets go back 400 years to New France (Quebec) here in Canada.
The average person lives to 50 to 55 years old.
Most girls were married at twelve and started having children at 14.
They lived happily. Then in Quebec arrived puritan moralists and slay all twelve-year-old (and elder) girls, because that, what they doing are not moral...
I lost my virginity on fourteen with girl (who is working like secretary for my father) fifth year older (seventeen year ago). Now some stupid little man says this is a stationary rape.
Why nobody is punished for over a 30 porn movies that record Tracy Lords between 14 and 18 year. They simply forbid that movies...
Don't see me wrong. I'm against CP, I don't use any CP similar vocabulary to pull up surfers, but de facto I don't see difference between sexual act amongst teenagers and adults.

Kafka, child porn (related to the term of paedophilia) is when a girl/boy is up to 14 y.o. From 14 to 18 y.o. (21 in some areas), girls/boys are minors, but it's still forbidden (and it's correct to be like that!) to have sex with them, as an adult, or use/show them in porn sites, images, etc.
As I hate myself the term lolita and all this BS child porn related sites, I'd advise you to stay away from anything that might even touch this. You should be the moral judge for yourself, in doing that. If you're not one of those (I guess not), you wouldn't like to be the father/mother of a child/minor who is abused by an adult.
About the post of kids getting married and having kids centuries ago, that is BS, since those were the times to do that. Fact is a child under 18 having a child would have difficult times in their life, at least for a few years after pregnancy. Also, a teenager could be easier tricked into having sex with an adult, or become a prostitute/porn entertainer - this could also prove to be a bad move for minors in their future lives, and they may find this out when it's too late. It's not a question of a moral judgement, but what is good for a child for his future life, in a moment when he/she lacks the necessary knowledge to make a good judgement for themselves. That's why we, as adults, have to protect them.
Asking this question is really a non-sense. Other than debating if the period between 18 and 21 y.o. should really be included in the forbidden area, kids under 18 should not be involved in sex with adults (over 18).

I will agree with Cappy that 16 is definitely old enough to have children..
If it is right however now that is another thing altogether..
I dont' know how many americans are aware of this, but Canadian girls mature physically at a much younger age then American Girls.. The main reason for this is that up here Canadian farmers are allowed to inject livestock with hormones in order to get them to grow bigger and faster.. This, in my opinion, has just fucked with the whole growing process...
The main concern isn't if a girl is physically mature enough(given, that is still a major concern) it is if she is mentally mature enough to raise a child and deal with it..
And that is why the hormones in the livestock is fucking shit up in a big bad way..
Girls are maturing physically, to the point where they are physically ready by 14, and where they are feeling sexual pressure from males at 14 because they look like an 18 year old.. But their minds haven't matured and experienced enough in order to be able to act correctly and take proper responsibility for their actions/consequences .. And what happens, you end up with a bunch of 17 year old mothers who have no idea how to raise a child, nor do they want to raise a child and in the end their are two ruined lives from this...

Most girls can have babys before 14 (Mary was little or no older than that when she gave birth to Jesus!), even boys (who mature slower) can shoot their load before then.
I agree about the mental thing. Unfortunately people aren't suddenly bestowed with maturity on their sixteenth birthday (or eighteen if they're yanks).
Some are 'old enough' before then, and some not till many years after the legal age. I know people in their forties and fifties who I don't consider mature enough to breed.
