i want to keep my exit, i can put your sponsors on my main page, because i have no sponsors on it myself.

i need perl, cgi-bin + domain would be nice.

or are there any good free hsots which are sponsor free, but where i just have to promote thier program?

You can use DieselSpace, but if you get little traffic they delete you. Also they tend to use no-good domains... Or atleast that's my experience.

We do delete accounts but not without warning... sorry but we cant handle accounts that gets less then k per day.. I dont know any trading site that gets less then 1-2k..
it means that u have no time for it and u even dont check stats..
about domains: we do have some bad domains but 90% are very very cool..

I guess he'll let you build the traffic just to redirect it to their sites, but since this asshole is full of tricks maybe he'll think of somethin else. btw, most of those so called "users" are their own sites
