Yes but it is also why there is now a dialer forum to post in. Most newbees will end up exploring and find it on their own when they come here. He already had one post closed as a warning and if he continues its askin to piss everyone off.

Like i said dont talk shit back it up if i lost $5k i would spend $1k easy to get the other $4k back. I just think its bullshit to come one here if you wont even try to take action.

This kind of stuff shouldn't be discussed here at all in fact. This is a dispute between individuals and their sponsors. This isn't the reason I visit here everyday, I visit to get input from the webmaster community and not to see whose complaining about who everyday. Honestly, this post about snow and tyler has been ongoing for at least 3 weeks and needs to stop, or at least take it to the dialer forum as to not diminish the quality of this board.

I have no connection with snow nor any other dialer for that matter yes i tried em a long time ago but its just not my slice of pie if you know what i mean...

So if you have such a point and you got the balls to talk use a real identity you think i give a shit you have like 20+ webmasters here that got screwed small claims is approx $80 for court costs. If 20 guys cant pitch in to get a lawyer for class action or pay dam $80 well then i feel sorry for you.

You made the choice if it were me i would get it thru my head sue or be screwed otherwise you are going to get no where.

Is simple for snow to register a company in wifes name ect.. if he wanted to really get away with this. If you can't afford to pay the legal fees to take this to court, chances are it isn't worth the time. Lawyers are quite expensive but can get the job done quite nicely, especially if the total bill is only $5000 or so.
