How do I know how much $ my free sites are worth?

Nothing to do with trading sites.

So, I tought that maybe I may calculate it by the amount of traffic I get to them?

Number of hits don't mean anything. What's important it's the assessed value of the domain name, the book value and the potential income of the site.

A good way to estimate the value of your site is to put it up to auction (ex. Ebay). Set the undisclosed amount to $1,000,000 and a 3 weeks time bid delay. You will see 1)if there's any interest for your site and 2)how much people are bidding for your site.
