I've been with them for over a year and I have no complaints. I went from virtual to dedicated with them I liked them so much. Kick-ass support and a good price for high volume traffic site's.

I always heared good news over them except for the other day from someone on their virtual server. Except for that 1 server I only heared good stuff.

Router issues are more like a hardware fault most often and should not be blamed on a host. They are not even near cheap to replace or even to upgrade sometimes depending on what they are using. Even mircosuxs hotmail and other fairly large companys i know of have had routing issues in the past so its something that can happen with any host.

While I do indeed work for a competing hosting company I've not heard anything but good about Candid that I can recall.

No one's immune to a hardware problem every now and then and Candid does a better job than some I won't name of managing their routing...
