My little free site with a listing of my galleries, http://a1-teenpussy.com/tgp/index.shtml , is starting to grow, running my own trade script( no it's not for sale or distribution). To spread my traffic around I have signed up to some trade sites. Most promise 120-140%. I'm happy if I get 85-90% back, as long as it is fresh traffic and productive. However I am surprised how many trade sites delete trades without warning, even though my site complies with their rules and I send at least the minimum amount traffic required.
Of course that sucks the traffic out of my site because I am forcing traffic to get the trade going. I could understand it if my site sucked or I sent little or no traffic. However I can send a couple of hundred hits to a trade, my top trade gets 400-700. Not much I suppose, but not bad for a seed that started at 100 hits.
I've contacted some of these guys, who said to sign up again, no-one will pay back any traffic that has been sent but not tracked because the account was closed. One jocker, who runs http://sex-porn-boobs.com (uses cjpro), said he lost my account because he didn't upload his index page. Yeah... right.... Don't you love idiots LOL I asked him to pay back the traffic and his response "hehe. well sometimes when you trade you get more then what you send or less. it just happens. no one owes anyone hits". H'mm, I know no script can pay out 1.4:1 ( his stated ratio) to all trades, unless it is a console hell, but to not even return 1:1 because the trades cut http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif
Why I am I posting this? These guys are not breaking any accepted "CJ" or Traffic trade rules, however in any other arena of life, these practices are deceptive, misleading and would be actionable. What do you guys think?
