Hi,

I know, it's not an answer, but I think it will be quite hard to find a good and reasonnably priced host outside the US. In Europe, you could really pay $10/GB and even more in the APAC.
This could only be justified if most of your surfers are on these continents, but even then using an US-based host wouldn't be that much slower (couple of milliseconds).

Just my 2 cents.
