Most free hosts put their adverts in <table> Tags.
How can free hosts protect theirselves of cheaters? If a cheater would fix the size of a table via CSS

All the adverts would be ...fucked...

Is there a way to override the CSS?

And HOW do you wanna fuck up theier names?
If someone signs upo to your free host he uses his nic #1904367 with that and that IP, the next time he signs up with nic #1904268 with another IP...

Well FTP logs can do wonders on finding his ISP. From there if you work wit them they will help you find out who teh asshole is.

Inmost cases he/she looses the account with them too.

Yeah, you can track everythink. I beliefe that.
But I thought there might be way to make this way of cheating impossible.
