Oh yeh, but non-fake pics are legal, I know that. I remember watching something on E! a long time ago. Allysa Milano's mother e-mailed a bunch of adult webmasters threatning to sue them for having pictures of her daughter. But it was perfectly legal for them to have nude pictures of her up. Although the laws might have changed since then.

Does anyone know how the CEN sites like True Celebs, Rogers Celebs etc. can use pictures form Briteny Spears and all the other celebs that are on the tours and banners. Where do they get the content and the licenses for that?

only newpaper pics are legal (public domain) to post of celebs. the laws about nude pics (modeling release, 2 i.d.s) apply here as anywhere.

alyssa's mom should have gone with it - but maybe a lawyer warned her it wasn't worth the trouble. more will always crop up!
