what are the requirements for a sexkey site?

i put up anywhere from 24 to 48 thumbed pics on pages with 8 to 12 thumbs per page. i put 2 ads on each page in the protected area. they post me every time.

There's a newer free avs site that pays out 15 dollar per free sign up. I forget the name, but some guy keeps on spamming with the site he uses it with.
