Allways depends on the traffic and how you promote so I can't give you any magic numbers but with moviessites the banner ratio is really great.

Try adding some meta tags and some text eg. porn star, movies ect.
It helped me with my listning on google where I now get 1-2k daily.
Get some real perm links instead of the cj.cgi links. It will get you nowhere.
