ccbill is my favorite, but globill is also very good, and their people are nice.
ibill seems to be quite honest, but their stats don't show you clicks.
ccbill and ibill are highly regarded in the webmaster community - globill is newer, but i've never heard of any problems with them.

They are testing phonebilling now. Their service rocks, they will help you with everything. The stats are great. If your planning on setting up an affiliate program they are also the way to go. I highly advice them.

I think IBill give you the option of installing a third party script, or having them install their new password management script.

Ibill CCbill or Epoch are the choices, each has thier advantage.
IBILL WILL install your scripts, and they are very helpfull

"They are testing phonebilling now"

Not sure where you heard that but it's not the case. Phone billing has no way to verify age even marginally so we'll be leaving it alone.
However, there's no reason to only use one processor.
What I recommend to our customers is this:
1. Get a primary (hopefully CCBill of course http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif ) that does credit cards and checks and will run your affiliate program for you unless you have your own software already.
2. Get a back up /alternate -- no reason not to try your declines with someone else, different people scrub different ways -- of course you have to make sure your primary will allow you to push your declines to a backup page (if they don't I wouldn't use them) -- there's always the chance that your primary biller could be down or experiencing routing problems or something like that.
3. If you want phone billing, go with IBill or someone else that does it, either as primary, backup or simply for the phone billing part.
4. Remember if you are running a referral program on this traffic you have to be able to pay your referrers no matter who processes the sale unless you disclose to them that you aren't paying on declines that join via backup, dialer or whatever -- that's only fair to your referrers.
5. Any more questions, don't hesitate to ask me, regardless of who you're choosing for a processing solution -- I'd rather see well informed webmasters making good choices even if it means they go to the competition on occasion http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Oh last but not least -- our tech guys either install all the forms and so on for you or if you prefer they will walk you through the install yourself.
It usually takes less than 24 hours to get set up if you have a live tour and members area.

We just got setup instructions today from iBill, and nearly everything was screwed up. I'll explain below...
1. our support addy was "support@yahoo.com"
2. only one payment option out of five works
3. telephone support contradicted himself
4. took ten days longer than promised to be setup
My opinion, stay away from iBill. We waited all this time for an order that was not even 10% correct.

Which one is the best?
I want one that will allow me to use my own page instead of theirs. Is this possible?

Not sure what you mean by your own page.
If you mean changing out bg graphics or something like that you have that option with us. I can show you a couple of sites that do it if you want examples.
If you mean hosting your own page no we don't do that, Visa and MC are quite particular about who's got access to cc data and we are rather careful about following the rules http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
