I wanted to ask since no one wanted to answer me =(

Hi,
I just started doing tgp work a few months ago and I'm full of Questions....
I use UJC4 and I'm extremely happy with it..... BUT...

Just a few things I'm curious about, I know most of you will probally think I'm stupid for asking but..

I'm very confused about how I can keep let's say 5 sites in the top... Like if I have over 1k trades with a few sites how do I keep them there? Some sites seem to fall down and others move up.... I don't understand HOW I can keep sites at a certain trade or continously grow them....

Next, What about ratio's.... I have some set at 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and good sites that have great prod at 1.6 even 1.8.... is this ok or is there a standard? Seems some big trades like one for example I have over 5k trade with and I can't seem to send 1.2... ?

Then I have some people asking me for perms... Is this good? I have my stuff set up like:

a lot go to random but then I have groups (2 groups, the first group has 4-6 sites based on the best prod... group2 the next 4-6 best sites based on prod) These I have in the best spots (or the 1-3 spots randomly in each cat).....

Ok besides every day being so confused could anyone give me a few tips? I would really appreciate a small crash course... =))
