Why give anything away for free? With all these tgp's free porn who in there right mind who pay for a membership?

My oppinion is get rid of all the free stuff and memberships will go through the roof! Give nothing away for free and FORCE them to pay for it.

Yea TGPs definatly have fucked it. but they are here to stay, and everyday more and more people are uploading more and more pics, because now ya gotta have TGSW running on 5 different machines submitting to 100s of TGPs to make any money from them.
The trick is to get the newbie surfers before they descover that there is no need to pay for porn.

Yes TGP'S -R- getting worst as they are giving more out each day! mostly galleries and the movies they give out are real shit if you can find one!

So your best bet is to Hook these Dam Free Loading Surfers into Video of some sort, for example "LIVE SEX SHOW'S" they wont get that on any TGP site..but if all they want to do is shoot there load to pics then you will make -0- $$$$...or you tricks them into a dialer you will get a few buckaroos.

When it comes to hardware you most always get what you pay for. Get a cheap shit from unknown supplier and most certainly will pay bundle in a long run.
For just desktop and storage solution, that's not demanding applications. I'd just go with separate box connected on network. Or would use bigger case and build raid, wouldn't go with ide, it's shit, always go with scci unless you care less about performance.

For the servers, that's hell more demanding stuff. For dns and mail boxes I go with simple solution 3 drives raid level 1 and backup drive (just stay away from OnStream it's shit) For webservers I go with the best:
raid cards from AMI ( http://americanmegatrends.com ), scci drives from IBM, cpu from AMD, those are are twice faster than PIII. And backup drives from seagate, I use scorpion 40 DAT drives, those kick asses. But all this expensive like fuck. However, the reliablity that's what counts in the long run. My webservers has been running for 6 month with 100% uptime now. So again you get what you pay for.
Took me lot of time and mistakes to learn this stuff, just wanna pass along my experiences.
