Is this a good idea?

I was thinking that dialer's visitors were paying TOO much for the content and the time they were surfing in...

So, I tought that making a dialer that was billing a NORMAL price to the phone bill of the user may be better for the webmaster and surfer?

This way, the surfer will really come again and again even if he received his phone bill, 'cause it will be a NORMAL price...

What do you guys thinks about this idea?

i don't think so.....i wanna say having surfers buy memberships and downloading dialers is almost like what you call impulse buying......you know when you buy useless crap but buy it anyways cuz it was there....
