any news from dialer program ?

It seems that this whole story will going to be forgotten by all of the webmasters that owed money from josh/dialerprogram/GIB .

I post this topic because i remember very well that Joshua promised to pay all webmasters what are owed , even if he will have to do it from his own pocket .

So far it looks like he just did it to reduce the fire at that critical moment .
Aso for now , he's not answering anymore any icq messages , nor emails .

For those who protect him by claming that he was just a reseller of GIB , i can say that in a way , this is true , but this truth doesn't give him the right to go away like that , especially because we sold that traffic personally to him , and not to gib .

If a court will charge me to pay one day , lets say 50 grands . will my excuse of telling them that i lost this money at casino bars will help me ?
i dont think so .

The problem here is that we are not a court , so we can be ruled by crooks , without any ability to do anything .

i dont know what about you , but i lost hope getting what i am owed from him , and it sucks big time .

All-

I called my contact at GIB, and she told me again that:

1) The case is still in court and no decision has been made yet concerning Verity

2) All non Madagascar traffic has been paid to direct IP's and re-sellers for September.

3) Non Madagacar traffic will be paid in full on December 15

Of course we have to wait for a decision in court concerning the Madagascar monies.

I think that is bullshit - I was also a re-seller for GIB & when the shit hit the fan with Verity. I paid all webmasters out of my own pocket. As I feel with my dialer program and any other I run - If I have a problem collecting money that is owed to me, it's not the webmasters fault that are using my program. It's between me and the company that I am having issues with collecting from.

I think what has happened here, is that many webmasters jumped on board and decided to run a program 'a dialer program', In which they did'nt have the money to begin with to run one or they would'nt be in this situation. As any 'true' program operator has to have funds in reserve to float the program through the hard times... But, then again that is just my opinion..

I was also told directly from GIB that all programs have been paid for September's non US minutes. As they paid me mine - I would be sweating any of these non-paying programs. Cause it seems many are starting new projects with other webmasters monies...

I was told by three different people at GIB that all non US funds for October would be paid mid december too.

As for as I know Verity has'nt lost the petition to allow them to re-continue business. Which they went to court on the 30th of Oct for. Supposedly the actual case is being moved to Phoenix,AZ. Imagine that, its the same city that Max Cash's papers we're filed in.

I was told the judge is still writing his decision to allow Verity to re-continue
business, at least till the actual ruling on the true case against them comes to an end.
