Just switched over to them a couple of weeks ago and am very happy so far. A little slow on the setup time, they said 4 days but took a week.
Their network is very fast and they've handled the recent east coast network problems very well. They're quick to respond to customer service requests. Registered a new domain this morning and they've already finsihed the DNS changes on their servers.

Cant tell you how the hosting is but i hear its Real nice and they are very hard workers

and very honest people

They are superb. I switched to them from rackspace. I have two dedicated servers with them now. Fantastic company.
