If it IS legal for 16yrs old to pose for porn pictures, then it is not legal for anyone outside of Holland to view them. Even if they are on a dutch server, when viewed over the web are downloaded onto your computer, and are now under YOUR countries legislation.

So WOULD be CP in the USA/UK/Germany/anywhere else.
